01. Welcome & consultation

We welcome you, ask what you need (aches, relaxation…) and choose the right treatment.

02. Preparation & first relaxation

You change clothes and start with a herbal foot soak combined with a foot massage or a relaxing hair wash to help the body unwind. Steam sauna is available on request.
